Toning & Conditioning Classes

Do something today that your future self will thank you for.

We offer conditioning, stretching and toning classes four times a week. Our training times are as follows:

Mondays & Wednesdays: 17:00 – 18:00

Our 1 hour classes include warm-up, stretches, conditioning and cool down stretches.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 17:00 – 17:30

Our 30 minute classes include warm-up, stretches, conditioning and cool down stretches.

Monthly Training Fees:

R150 per month (4 classes a week)
R100 per month (2 classes a week)

Not sure what to bring along for the first time? Simply come in COMFORTABLE workout clothes and bring a bottle of water! No shoes are worn on the mats, but socks are allowed. Remember, always be RESPECTFUL. We look forward to seeing you there!
